You are invited to participate in the 3rd annual SDMH Photo Contest! We would like to see your most creative images taken at the Smith Douglas More House. Themes include coffee, Eden Prairie history, nature, relationships or community. Use your imagination! Photos will be judged on uniqueness and creative expression.

Contest starts November 1, 2011 and all photos must be submitted by December 1, 2011.

All winning photos (1st-12th Place) will be featured in the 2012 Smith Douglas More House calendar. The photos will also be displayed in the store as well as on our webpage for the month of January 2012.

RULES
All ages welcome. Photos must be taken at Dunn Bros at the Smith Douglas More House. Photos may be taken inside or outside. Photos must submitted in digital format to dunnbros30@dunnbros.com. Each entrant may submit up to three photos.

By submitting a photo to the contest, the individual grants Dunn Bros at the Smith Douglas More House the right to use the photograph for promotional purposes.

Through the vision of the City of Eden Prairie’s Heritage Preservation Commission and the Eden Prairie Historical Society, this beautiful home is once again a gathering point for the community, housing a vibrant Dunn Bros Coffee shop owned by Ann Schuster.

Recently, the old shed on the property had to be taken down because it was no longer a sound structure. Profits from the sales of these cards will be donated to the Eden Prairie Historical Society and to the City of Eden Prairie to help fund a new shed and gazebo on the Smith Douglas More house property. The cards will be for sale at the Smith Douglas More House Dunn Bros Coffee shop and via mail order through www.EPHistoryCards.etsy.com.
